• Intimate items including Swimwear, Earrings, Hair accessories, Hosiery, Lingerie & Cosmetics (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale or Clearance
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Babylux Collections is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages. We recommend you purchase a tracking number to track your returned package. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds & Exchanges on suitable items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be obtained in order to receive a refund or exchange. All labels & tags must be attached to the item that you are returning. Items must not be used, worn or washed. Any damages to the items that have not been occurred by Babylux Collections will not be eligible for a return. Please do not tamper with a faulty item as it may result in no refund or exchange.

We ship all over Australia and selected countries internationally. All orders may take between 5-7 days to be embroidered. Personalised & custom orders may vary for processing times. Once your order has been completed it will be posted for delivery within the next business day.
